Gillian Orr has an enviable skill base that ventures into a wide variety of
mediums from drawing and painting through to fashion and textile design. Given this
range, her work is sought after from a number of commercial arenas as well as private collectors; we are very fortunate to have her work exhibited here on Bespoke.

The work is of varying scales, some of such magnitude that it can be seen on buses and billboards across Scotland whilst others are minute canvases. The great thing about this artist, as you can see from her work is the sheer diversity. Orr is equally at home in the sphere of fine art as she is in fashion design and mural painting. Orr's working credentials show her having worked on some very prestigious projects: Paul Smith, Georgina Godley and Sue Timney to mention a few. Companies such as Paperchase and Stoddard's have also benefitted from this artist's creativity. As if the creative crucible couldn't be any richer, Orr also has experience in catwalk styling, choreography, television as well as designing complete art-work packages for a wide range of businesses both large and small.               

Nowadays, Orr's main focus is orientated towards Fine Art. However, as her history reveals she is an artist of many talents and can turn her hand to almost anything which has outstanding potential for individuals seeking commissions as well as the work featured here in the gallery.
